We have led major organizations so we understand how challenging it is to be a leader. We know many leaders don’t lead. We know many leaders are tired, disengaged from their jobs and from their companies. Some simply do not know what to do next.
We know the key to growing leaders is helping them understand themselves, their colleagues, and their organization—moving from the personal insights to the systems perspective.
