Sharon DoughertySharon Dougherty is the CEO of Priority Coaching, an executive coaching firm she founded in 1998. Throughout the past ten years, Sharon has helped leaders achieve personal and organizational transformations that have led to winning business results. Priority Coaching offers executive coaching, manager coaching, team programs, group workshops, and organizational consulting.

Sharon works with leaders to enhance their strengths; to clarify their intent and message; to communicate their vision and goals; to build and maintain relationships; and to articulate and produce desired business results. She also helps leaders address gaps in their skills so they can be more effective and successful. It is Sharon’s belief and experience that leaders who are passionate about their work and positively engaged with their colleagues will foster healthy workplaces where people want to work.

Prior to founding Priority Coaching, Sharon was the CEO of Priority Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a company that provided mental health services to employees of major corporations, healthcare systems, law firms, and non-profit organizations. Having built and run a successful nationwide company, Sharon is familiar with the challenges posed for executives operating in ever changing work environments with intense competition in the marketplace. This experience makes her an invaluable resource for managers and executives.
