Scott Pontier
Scott J. Pontier has extensive experience as an executive coach and organizational
consultant. As a senior coach, he is an expert in formulating development plans, customized coaching interventions, and assessing results. During his career, Scott has developed and delivered services to well over 100 corporations including ABC Television, Alfion, Calvin Klein Cosmetics, Princeton HealthCare System, Sealand, Block Drug, Stryker Medical and Waterford/Wedgwood.
Scott was a founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of REACH Inc. (Resources in Employee Assistance and Corporate Health, Inc.), a leading provider of employee assistance services (EAP), until he merged this organization into Horizon Health Corporation (NASDAQ: HORC) in March of 1999. Prior to founding REACH, Scott provided employee assistance program services through Fair Oaks Hospital and Overlook Hospital.
